Who are we...

White Birch Rentals is an elevated event rental company based in Wilmington, NC.  We are a woman owned business, with THREE generations of strong women at the heart of our operations.

We have a perfectly and thoughtfully curated collection of pieces that will make any event or occasion unforgettable!

We serve Eastern North Carolina & Eastern South Carolina. 

Behind the Name…

The name “White Birch” represents our home; past, present & future.

As a child, Emily spent every summer at her Grandparent’s house in Bar Harbor, Maine. Now our family has continued the tradition, with Bella, to go to Maine every summer. The house on Eden Street is surrounded by White Birch trees.

White Birch abbreviated is WB. WB also represents Wrightsville Beach, NC, our home.

Meet our ADMIN TEAM

Emily (owner/visionary) & Catherine (operations manager) have been best friends for 20+ years.

Emily started W|B in 2017 and when she needed help, her best friend started helping on the weekends while working a full time corporate job.

In 2022, Catherine left her corporate job to work with Emily full time and it was the best decision EVER!

We are a small but mighty team! Emily & Catherine answer all emails, manage the warehouse & WB team and work with our clients from start all the way to event day perfection.

You will find these besties curating your wedding day dream rentals, lifting furniture, constantly laughing and having a great time making your event beautiful.
